AT-One Leadership

Prashant Deshpande

A gold medallist from the National Law School of India University and an alumnus of Harvard Law School, Prashant brings with him a strong foundation in legal and financial systems, along with a deep commitment to principled entrepreneurship. 

After nearly a decade of experience in top-tier legal practice across New York and Mumbai, he went on to co-found two SEBI-registered investment funds; one focused on deep technology ventures and the other on real-estate. Both delivered strong outcomes for investors and were successfully concluded in full compliance.

Since 2017, his focus has been on real-estate development. With five projects completed and six currently in various stages of planning and execution, he remains actively involved in every aspect of the development journey. From acquisition to delivery, his approach combines strategic clarity with a sharp eye for design and long-term value.

It is this blend of discipline, insight, and purpose that shapes the vision of AT-One; creating spaces that are thoughtful, enduring, and truly worthy of the people who live in them.

Rajesh Chinnadurai

Chief Operating Officer – Projects

Rajesh is a civil engineer with a master’s in construction management. He spent over 10 years leading projects across the GCC before returning to India. He served as Business Head of the Contracting Division at Sobha Ltd, Regional Head for Hyderabad at DLF Ltd, and Chief Operating Officer at Karle Infra Projects Ltd. At AT-One, he leads design standards, specifications, procurement and construction through quality processes and execution. His aim is to make AT-One a benchmark developer: one that turns distinctive ideas into well-built homes delivered on time.

Jitendra Singh Janjua

President – Sales, CRM & Marketing

Jitendra has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, customer relations and business development across India and international markets. He has previously led the sales and marketing teams of major residential projects as Sales Head at Embassy Group and Vice President at Mantri Developers. At AT-One, he executes sales, marketing and customer relations as one continuous relationship, from the first conversation through to handover and beyond. He believes trust is built through transparency and kept promises.

Uma Maheshwari

Vice President – Design

Uma is an accomplished architect with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture. She has previously held senior design development roles, including Design Head at Cornerstone Properties and DGM at Puravankara Ltd and RMZ Corp Ltd. Over the years, she has led design strategy on complex projects while staying attuned to evolving industry trends. At AT-One, she leads the company's design-led approach, creating spaces that put people first and nurture a sense of belonging and pride of ownership.
